"Awesomely amplified performances... and emotional moments we know and love from country music."
This weekend, the UK welcomed back Europe’s biggest country music festival, C2C: Country to Country to London, Dublin, and Glasgow.
Celebrating a remarkable 10 years of C2C, this year saw performances from the world’s best country stars as well as emerging talent from Nashville, UK and Europe.
Last night (Saturday 11th March 2023), I was so excited and privileged to have been invited along to the OVO Hydro in Glasgow to see Introducing Nashville, Lainey Wilson, Jordan Davis, and headliner Thomas Rhett perform their sets of country bangers.
And if that wasn’t enough, C2C also brought back the taste-making ‘Spotlight Stage’ showcasing the talented Ashley Cooke and MacKenzie Porter.
The evening was filled with awesomely amplified performances worthy of a rock concert, and still supplied plenty of the tender and emotional moments we know and love from country music.
So, remember for next year, to dig out your best denim and dust off your cowboy hat because C2C: Country to Country is a good ol’ Nashville shindig that you won’t want to miss.
