At the end of November, I was invited to the preview of The Polar Express Train Ride at Edinburgh Waverley.
With my cousin and his family with me, we donned matching pjs which is greatly encouraged and does make the whole experience more festive and fun.
Once we received our golden tickets and boarded the train to the "North Pole", what ensued was an interactive train ride filled with magic and wonder, and a surprise visit from Santa Claus.
The actors in our carriage were amazing at portraying their characters (conductor, chefs, and the hobo) and bringing the story alive.
